My name is Emanuela, I'm a mum of 3.

I am originally from Rome Italy 'the eternal city' where I lived all my life, until me my husband decided to follow our dreams and move to Scotland.

 

I started yoga 25 years ago, yoga wasn't as popular as it is now and I met a lot of yoga teachers which affected my yoga practice. I always knew yoga was my passion and that I wanted to become a teacher and graduated in yoga in May 2018, followed  by also graduating in reflexology.I am trained level 1 hypopressive in 2023.
